Starting January 1 we will start posting a workout every other day for the promotion of Olympic style weightlifting. This style of weightlifting is gaining in popularity through the Crossfit program that has really taken fitness to another level. The benefit from these exercises are increased power production and strength. They are full body, multi-jointed exercises that are very practical yet challenging. For the competitive athlete they will improve your athletic ability, and for the weekend warrior they will challenge you and improve your functional ability.
